Do You Know This?

Everything God had against man He put it on Jesus at the cross. (Rom 8:32)

Every thing He wanted from man He got from Jesus saying this is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased.

There is a big difference between relationship with God and a performance fear based religion.  (Gal 2:16)

Jesus settled the sin problem at the cross.  (Col 2:13-14)

Jesus defeated every enemy including the devil.  (Heb 2:8;14)

The Apostle Paul only mentioned hell one time in writing two thirds of the New Testament it is the word Hades and it translated grave in  1 Cor 15:55 and it has no victory. “Oh Hell where is thy Victory? answer- it has none” Praise Be To God!

The word hell is a German word meaning to cover over It was used as to hell potatoes meaning to cover them over for the winter.

Jesus brought an end to the old creation called Adam and started a new creation called Christ.  (1 Cor 15:45)          (2 Cor. 5:17)

That Jesus became a curse for us in order to free us from a life of misery and failure.  (Gal 3:13)

Jesus accepted us before we accepted Him.  (Ephesians 1:4-6)

Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father, and no man can say He is Lord but by the Holy Spirit (1 Cor.12:3)   (Philippians 2:18)

Jesus has made peace with us through His blood, now we make peace with Him through faith in His blood.    (Eph 2:13-16)

God does not deal with us according to our sins nor reward us according to our iniquities.   (Ps 103:10)

There is no difference between the Jew and the Gentile the wall between us has been torn down.  (Eph 2:13-18)

Jesus our mercy seat has the keys of death and hell, not the devil.  (Rev. 1:18)

Two Ways Of Knowing God February 2, 2011

Filed under: Revelation Knowledge — stimsonsr @ 10:55 am

We have been created by our creator to be decisive and rule if we refuse to decide our life other people or circumstances will than decide it for us.  “God has decided to let us decide” I decide to accept nothing less than His fullness.

Job 22:28 says you will decide a matter and it will be confirmed and light shall shine on your ways.

There are two primary ways of viewing God!

#1–His person revealed through grace and truth in Jesus Christ.

#2– His laws or principles of creation.

The church has better known His person, but the world has better known His laws of creation.

Jesus said: Mt 5:45—That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Lu 16:8–And the Lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.

The laws of creation work for everybody they are natural laws, gravity, sowing and reaping, financial laws, physical laws, laws of association, and laws of attraction etc.etc.

The person of redemption (Jesus) is known by grace through faith by the Holy Spirit He writes His laws of redemption in our heart and our mind.

We can know the person of redemption yet ignore the natural laws of creation and wonder why God allows us to suffer, but often times it is because we violate natural laws that He put in place at creation they work for everybody always.

On the other hand we may know the laws of creation, but still be unfulfilled in our heart because we do not know the person of redemption “Jesus”

May we come to know Him both as creator and redeemer.
