Discerning Real Relationship’s

(1)   When beginning a new relationship never ignore warning signals… example: disrespect for you or your family, rudeness toward others or gossip — if they will gossip to you they will gossip about you. “gossip means malicious intent”
(2)   You should never have to change who you are in order to be liked, on the other hand we should always improve upon ourselves to improve our lifestyle.
(3)   We should be able to disagree on issues and ideas without damaging the relationship.
(4)   Real relationships should never be forced (through control or manipulation)  they should be built through love and mutual respect through the test of time and difficulty.
(5)   Beware when it is all one-sided when the conversation’s are always about them. When they make a conscious attempt to convince you of their own success or if they are the center of attention, but have no real interest in you or your wishes could be toxic.
(6)   It will not be political in nature which is simply self serving, for money, popularity, or to fill a rejection need.
(7)   God will bring people into our lives who help equip and balance us they are leaders, some are spiritual parents, and mentors in where we need to grow, they will not change who they are to fit us they will have to be pursued by us and God will make the changes in us through His grace.

7 Nuggets For Spiritual Leaders

All leaders could benefit by these simple nuggets be they preachers or not.

(1) Whenever there is a leadership problem of communication it does not rest entirely on the people but with the leaders who then must avoid the temptation of either becoming a people pleaser or a controller of them.

 (2) Study to show (yourself) approved unto the Lord “not to find a sermon.”Notice it is show yourself approved not show the Lord or somebody else.

(a)—Preparation for speaking after knowing the subject is better found in good spiritual, mental and physical rest:

(b)—Experience the word you preach from the finished work of Christ let it season in you in all wisdom, knowledge, and understanding

(3)—–Learn to preach with them not at them this comes by having a connection with the people.

(a)—-We connect by identifying with the people through relationship, learn to use the terms we and Him instead of I and you.

(b)—–Respect and honor the ones you will be speaking to,  believe in them it will go a long way.

(4)—–Learn proper protocol– if your in another place respect the authority, the order, and the custom you don’t always have to be right.

(5)—-Your not there for an offering your there to be one. We should always be aware of the temptation to put our eyes on the finances if this happens we will find ourselves led by finances instead of the Holy Spirit.

(6)—–In public speaking know when your done—Let the people determine how long you preach or teach let them demand more from you remember your there for them not them for you.

 (7) Bring forth bread and wine that means both the word and the moving of the spirit ( the gifts of the spirit) not just through you but through the body; Learn what it is to ascend and descend.

7 Principles Of Victory Flowing from His Life

1 Thess 5:16-23
(1) Rejoice evermore–We can make an eternal decision to live in joy regardless of our circumstances.
(2) Pray without ceasing–This is saying we never close off communication with the Lord, and it gives the thought of someone who has a chronic cough they do it without planning or thinking about it.
 (3) In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.–The will of God is to give thanks in everything no matter what it looks like we can rise above the problems by giving thanks in the midst of it.
 (4) Quench not the spirit–“Do not put out the light of the spirit” He must always be in charge because He knows the end from the beginning even though He may not fit our logic or tradition.
(5) Despise not Prophesyings– “Do not hold prophesy in low esteem” (knox) prophesy must not be criticized, but we can war a good warfare with the prophetic gifts.
 (6) Prove all things hold fast that which is good. –Test everything and cling to the good  we must not be gullible with prophesy, but teachable, if it is good hold on to it.
(7) Abstain from all appearance of evil– This means to avoid that which harms are causes injury to others.

How To Recognize A Seducing Spirit?

Oh, foolish Galatians! “Who has cast an evil spell on you”? For the meaning of Jesus Christ’s death was made as clear to you as if you had seen a picture of his death on the cross. Gal.3:1 nlt

It always amazes me and i have experienced it how the soul can be taken over by this spirit either in a twisted relational way or in a religious way.

A seducing spirit may come through an individual or a group, male or female it is not always sexual, it can simply be religious, but it is very dangerous and should be recognized, exposed, and then shunned.

Definitions= Something that attracts, especially with the (promise) of pleasure or reward

, Seduction is frequently used more broadly as a synonym for the act of charming someone–male or female–by an appeal to the senses

It needs us to listen to it, Nehemiah in scripture refused to talk with his enemies because they approached in a way to seduce him to stop his work.

7 way to recognize a seducing spirit

(1)  Flattery combined with a measure of charm, arrogance and charisma is a dangerous recipe…

In Pro  7 The harlot had most of the ingredients of the anointing spices and with flattery and talk she seduced a young man with no understanding.

(2)  Will not take no for an answer will be persistent much like Potiphar’s wife in scripture where she pursued Joseph daily then turned on him when she could not get him to turn, so is the way of this spirit if it can’t get you to turn it will turn on you.

(3) Will choose to manipulate you or may turn to others to do it for them rather then to cooperate and communicate in an open manner and will desire to isolate you from others you love in order to control you.

(4) Pressure to get us to violate our conscience or to break down our principles.

(5) Will focus on our weaknesses and then play upon them, it wants to have power over us.

(6) Has the ability through our blind spots or hurts to cast a spell upon us meaning to send us into confusion and disillusionment.

(7) It Is self absorbed and proud, but may appear humble, very insecure but may appear confident, Is a taker but may appear to be a giver.

7 Things We Should Know About The Kingdom

7 Things we should know about the Kingdom

1—The kingdom of heaven, The kingdom of God, and The kingdom of His dear son is the same kingdom it is used over 160 times in the New Testament it is a present reality and it is eternal.

2—The Kingdom is in the spirit and it has a king a territory, citizens, principles and glory.

3—We cannot see the Kingdom until we are born of the Spirit (John 3) before the cross we were told to (Seek) first the kingdom after the cross we now (See) the kingdom and enter into it through faith.

Before the cross we were told to pray thy kingdom come in earth as it is in heaven now we understand the kingdom is come in us and is made visible through the life of the king.

4— We inherit the kingdom now through our relationship with the king the Lord Jesus Christ not someday when we die and go to heaven, but we have already been brought into the kingdom and delivered from the power of darkness. (Col.1:12)

5–The kingdom  is the sovereign rule of God it is greater then all other kingdoms and it is founded on the oath of God that he cannot lie and cannot change the increase of the kingdom and peace there shall be no end. (Isaiah 9)

6—Kingdom in it’s most simplest form means the king’s dominion the government of God to you and I it means Christ ruling in us and through us as king.

7–The importance of the kingdom is seen by its emphasis throughout scripture after the resurrection Jesus spent 40 days talking about the kingdom.

In Acts  8 Phillip preached Christ in Samaria, and when they heard him teach the kingdom they believed, Paul the apostle spent two years in his own rent house and received all that came to him teaching them about the kingdom of God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Even The Memory Shall Die

Isa.26:13-14—-Other rulers beside thee have had dominion over us; but by thee only will we make mention of Thy name. They are dead, they are deceased, ” they shall not rise; therefore you have visited and destroyed them,  and made ALL THEIR MEMORY TO PERISH.

In the past we have had attitudes and past hurts that have ruled over us, we have reacted instead of responded because of these hurts.

We have failed to recognize it as being something that rules over us yet they cause us many spiritual mental social, and  physical problems.

We could go through the list such as fears, guilt, shame, physical, mental, sexual abuse, dis-appointments and a host of other things.

Thy Name “only” (nature, authority, character) shall we mention, when we stand in the name of Jesus we are not just using the name, we become one with the name simply meaning we are not coming based on our name reputation character, authority,  but His.

They (the past rulers) are now DEAD and they shall not rise.

Jesus visited these rulers at the cross and destroyed them ,even their memory now dies.

The hurts that have held us back from fulfilling our God given purpose,  every lie that we have believed about ourselves, fear, poverty, sickness and sin no longer have dominion over us,

The old memories of pain and confusion can no longer rule over us,  they are dead and they cannot live they are deceased and will not rise.

You gave him authority over all things.” Now when it says “all things,” it means nothing is left out.

But we have not yet seen all of this happen.  What we do see is Jesus.  Heb.2:8-9a

Acts 28:5 Paul shook the viper that had attached itself to his hand right back in the fire from where it came.  The principle is anytime we gather sticks (broken humanity) together the snake will come out of the fire to stop the hand that is gathering them.

We will either shake it off or swell up, there is no need to live snake bitten with the poison of bitterness.

What Is True Holiness?

Ephesians 4:24  “Putting on the new man which is created in righteousness and true holiness.”

Holiness has been defined in many different ways often by our own likes or dis-likes which is shaped by our culture, religious up-bringing or just trying to please God in the flesh.

However most of the time our belief about holiness is born out of a sin consciousness and has nothing at all to do with the true holiness of God sin consciousness is when we are more aware of what is wrong with us than what is right with us because of Christ

True holiness does not come through outward appearance, but from the hidden man of the heart.

For example, many will say I live a clean life I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t cuss or watch bad movies etc. but this is not true holiness we may not get drunk with alcohol, but may be drunk on the cares of this life or even with religion we may not smoke, but we may abuse our body and other people through different means.

We may not curse according to southern standards, but we may still fill our mouth with negativity, doubt, fear, evil and critical speaking all the time thinking we are living a holy life.

What we must always remember:  He is holy and it is His holiness that we partake of  it isn’t about doing holy it is being holy He is the holy one (1 Pet. 1:15-16)

Ephesians.4:24-” Put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and TRUE holiness.”

You and I have been created in Christ Jesus the new man is holy and the old man is un-holy living in and out from the new man is true holiness.

Our religious attempts to be holy is a false holiness and it still focuses on sins and the flesh not on the righteousness of Jesus.

A new man will see a holy new creation they are not focused on an old one.

How To Judge Prophecy

All prophecy should be judged because of being in an impart realm  those who judge or discern are prophets, other leaders, but all should through the wisdom of the Holy Spirit.
Questions to ask concerning prophetic words:
(1)  Does it build up or tear down?  If it leaves us in a state of hopelessness or helplessness it should be either forgotten or just wait until the Lord brings more clarity.
(2)  Does it bear witness to the spirit within. (Rev.2:7, 11,17 )
(3)  Does it agree with the clear written word and the spirit of that word. (1 Cor.1:17-21) (Amos 3:3)
(4)  Does it exalt the Lordship of Jesus Christ;  drawing us to Him and magnifying His finished work..It should not be exalting fear, the devil, or the power of flesh. but the Lordship of Jesus. (1 Cor.12:1-3)
(5)  Does it produce the fruit of life and liberty or does it bring us back into bondage. (Mt.7:16)
(6)  If predictive and conditions or met does it come to pass?
“Wisdom that will help us not to miss it.
(1) Submit the word to those you are ministering to.
(2)  Never make excuses for apparent misses rather learn from them.
(3)  Never try to impress others with your gift, this will cause inaccuracy and make a fool out of you.
(4)   Speak toward the destiny and not the present condition the gifts are given to reveal Jesus the cure for sin, not sins.
(5)   Take responsibility for what you say (example)  If you tell someone they are to go here or go there, leave their job etc.  be prepared to support them or pay expenses if it isn’t the Lord.
(6)   Never use the gift to manipulate people to give.
(7)   There should be no glory to self  in the prophetic ministry.

Forget Not His Benefits

Ps.103:1-2 David tells his soul to bless the Lord, and then tells his soul not to forget the benefits,it is important for us to learn to talk to ourselves, and remind ourselves of God’s goodness to us especially in trials when we have natural reasons to doubt Him.

The benefits that are listed are as follows.

(1) He forgives all our iniquities, and heals all our diseases.

(2) He redeems our life from destruction, and Crowns us with lovingkindness and tender mercies.

(3) He satisfies our mouth with good things: so that our youth is renewed like the eagles.

(4)He executes judgment and righteousness for all those who are oppressed.

(5)He has not dealt with us after our sins nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

(6)His mercy is great toward those who fear Him.

(7)As far as the east is from the west so far Has he removed our transgression from us.

As we speak to ourselves the word of God and remind ourselves of the benefits of this new life in Christ we will stay encouraged in a place of faith, No matter what goes on around us we will rise above it, and we will know that He is daily loading us with benefits, and we will be always praising Him.

7 Kinds Of Men

(Act like men and be courageous; grow in strength! 1st Cor. 16:13b Amp.

Jesus is the perfect man in Him we all must find our true identity, He alone will bring effortless change as we come to know Him.

I have spoken at many Men’s Conferences and I have listened to the secrets of men as well as living through my own frustrations, as we become more vulnerabe and transparent in our relationships we will discover freedom comes also.

Most men really long for true intimacy, but are governed by the fear of not being respected or not measuring up to others It is the ego thing because men are meant to be brave leaders putting their own lives at risk for the sake of others.

7 Kinds of Men –

(1) Some men are players – they have a low self-esteem and they need continual validation from others to build their ego they live life out of a false intimacy and a mistaken identity they are self-absorbed and they risk the lives of others.

(2) Some men lack motivation and are satisfied with mediocrity having a “getting-by attitude.”

They are not players but in many cases they lack real motivation for a relationship with their spouse, they are more interested in work, sports, hobbies etc.

(3) Then there are those men who are loyal, faithful, and love their wives, but still live in mediocrity in many cases they just frustrate their spouse’s because they show no courage, too emotional clingy and wimpish.

(4) Some men suffer from low self-esteem because they have never been validated by a Father, they may have issues of rejection or sexual abuse, and many times they turn to pornography which is false intimacy and in some cases they become abusers of others.

(5) Some men are domineering, abusive, and obsessively jealous thinking their spouse is meant to be a slave for them that they own them and believe they are always right because they are The Man.

(6) Some men choose to stay single for God’s purpose or a career others may have a warped view of marriage because of past hurts, their own independence, or fear of commitment. there is a whole trend of young men choosing video games and porn over a relationship this is social engineering it is destructive and it even has a name called sexodus.

(7) Some men are loyal, faithful, principled, and they enjoy life. Their spouse is their best friend, and intimacy is not a problem for them, they make themselves vulnerable for the greater purpose of their union, they are leaders with vision, courage, and strength.

(Act like men and be courageous; grow in strength! 1st Cor. 16:13b Amp.

Remember Jesus is the perfect man in Him we all must find our true identity, He will bring effortless change in us as we come to know Him.
